Warranty and Returns

WARRANTY AND RETURNS COVERAGE

Auto Engineer includes a Free 1-Year limited warranty on all new, rebuilt items, and repair services, with the option to extend coverage up to 3 years for an additional cost. Warranty replacements carry a 90-day coverage period, applying only to the repaired or replaced portion of the unit. Damage from accidents, misuse, improper installation, tampering, or environmental factors is excluded, and costs such as labor, towing, or rentals are not covered. Claims require proof of purchase and inspection before approval, and service is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are only issued if a repair cannot be completed, and a diagnostic fee may apply for unrepairable units. Customers in Canada and the United States receive free shipping on warranty service, while international customers are responsible for shipping and related fees. All returns must be pre-authorized, with unauthorized or refused shipments subject to restocking, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
